I played that ages ago, but I gave up trying to beat Ballos or whatever his name is.

Balrog is the FIRST boss. And he is easy. :saddowns:

BALLOS is the LAST boss, and he is NOT easy.

(You only get to fight Ballos if you rescue Curly and make it through Hell).

I never could rescue curly because I never could make that jump in the water level with the current.

The first time I tried to rescue Curly I must have re-played that part 20 times before I got it right. Since then I've been able to make that jump first or second try each time.

Just started Cave Story. I've known about it, yet never gotten around to play it. I'll play Eternal Daughter if it runs in Wine.
