Seems like a landslide.

From slow pace to suddenly everything explained so fast this episode and only 3 more episodes left. I'm disappointed.

Is it due to the writers striking..? I'm not through with Season 1 yet...probably going to be a letdown by the time I get to the end of Season 2.

Yeah, it's due to the writer's strike. They had to rewrite the mid season finale to make in the season finale, sadly.
