I am 100% positive that it was a bird. Perhaps a spectral bird, but a bird nonetheless.

besides which it was actually *seen* not just in the video but in real life by several witnesses. Which is what caused them to go back and check the cameras. So it wasn't a photoshop job. it wasn't a bug or something on the lens (besides which have you ever seen a bug that color in residential florida). People actually saw this cloud moving around.

obviously a hoax. for example, the "witnesses" and the security guy are all in on the hoax. This is a helluva lot more plausible than "ghosts."

Did you have to shoot down a thread that had so much comic potential? :(

I dunno about you guys but if I were a ghost/angel the first thing I would do is go float around a gas station for a while. After that, I'd probably go haunt something or whatever. Gas station would be way cool as a ghost though.

Snake, read the article and the thread before you sound like an idiot. There were witnesses. We're not just talking about a video here.

Also, while I have a hard time believing in ghosts, I fail to see how it's more logical to assume it's a hoax. Think of how many people visit a gas station at any given time. This cloud was apparently around for over 30 minutes. How many people would have to be "in on it" for such a hoax to work?

WHy is it harder to believe it as a hoax than a supernatural phenomenon? Hell, why does it seem so easy to believe in an unexplainable occurance such as a ghost rather than the explainable, everyday lying + hoax.

There is a possible motive of this, it brings business to the gas station.

Not only that, if you watch the video, there weren't many people there at all. And it was at night.
