Trash talking is such a useful tool against tools that take things too seriously. :/

There is a range when internet trash talking to people is grounds for potential comedy and there is a range when it just becomes annoying to everyone. Funny when done right, but I don't think 12 year olds know how far they can push it before they deserve a muting.

So ignore them on internet and get on with your life :/

That's why I mentioned "muting". Like the mute button.

I played a game on TF2 where this guy tried to piss off the another person on the other team as much as possible, trash-talking included. He would play Spy just to cloak/stab this one guy over and over, and play sound clips from movies/TV shows everytime he succeeded.

The other guy should have started playing a scout.


I have to admit, backstabbing the same person over and over again does become hilarious.

Pyro is, I think, the better anti-spy.

Scout can still see through disguises right?

I always seem to get baseball batted as a spy.

I believe if you touch a cloaked spy, he gets seen very briefly. Also, if you see yourself running into an invisible obstacle, chances are its a spy. My bane as a spy are trigger-happy pyros who randomly spray fire all over the place.

I try to gank solitary players.

Like demo-men and snipers.

I go after medics personally and wait for them to yell "I'm fully charged!" What better way to sadden someone than to knife them after spending so much time and effort preparing their uber-charge.

I guess, but from what I've seen, most of the people that care enough to trash talk are the ones that take the internet too seriously.
