Anovis, do you compile from source or have a repository like Trevino's? As far as I have seen, the Gutsy repositories don't feature a lot of the extra plugins, including snow.

Here it is

The snow plugin doesn't come with any textures, so I just googled for some snow and manually added them. Otherwise it's just small white squares.
