Its really good with icecream. You take some good flavor of icecream, and let it melt overnight. Awesome in cereal. Grape juice is also good.
However, milk wins out usually because of availability. Rice/soy milk is also good because I love vanilla. >_>

I use a splash or two of milk with my morning Cheerios to basically wet it. I then systematically drain the cereal of milk and then I eat it. >_> I make life look hard.

Unless the cereal is a snack you eat with your hands, it needs milk. Well, unless it is granola cereal - then it needs yogurt.

Yes. Soymilk usually though. Unflavored and unsweetened if I can get it.

I make dairy products a "treat" as it were because milk and offspring just aren't that great for you.

I voted milk, but indeed, certain types of cereals, generally the flaky types with nuts and dried fruits, are very tasty when eaten mixed in a bowl of vanilla yogourt.

Vanilla yogourt, flake cereals, dried fruits and nuts are EXCELLENT.

When I was a kid, we had a cabin in the mountains, and didn't keep milk. So I had my Lucky Charms with water.

It was not a happy breakfast.

The only animals I saw were snakes and at night we heard occasionally heard coyotes and once a mountain lion.

Personally, I find liquid milk to be disgusting.

Stuff like cheese doesn't bother me because it's not really milk anymore.
