I need to have a pic editted. I want the long hair to disappear and the hair to be black but still distinguishable from the clothes.

the two sites look exactly alike...
edit: wha....the new IC has images I deleted a month ago. Why are their two places? If one isn't being used anymore than why isn't it shut down? I'm confused.

The new one I moved everyones stuff over, and the exchange happened a while ago. Thus, your old images. And the new one will go down whenever Cavey gets off his duff and deletes it. The biggest reason to use the new one is because its just plain faster and up all the time.
