I have a can of reindeer meat sitting in my cupboard... I sure hope it's more delicious than the previous can (a different brand) that was far from being a delicacy, unfortunately.

Oh. I also have some reindeer meat in my freezer. In my personal opinion moose is a lot better meat, though.

Ewww, meat in a can. No wonder it wasn't a delicacy.
Canned meat is horrible horrible stuff.

Not true universally. I mostly eat that canned meat on top of bread slices and some moose and wild boar meats have been downright excellent. But I was very disappointed with the reindeer meat, I have to admit, because I was expecting it to be as good. That's why I've been postponing opening this second can; though it's a different brand but you never know.
