You know, you'd think even a drunk person would at least have enough care for his sister ingrained in him to stop when she says she's hurt. But no, he had to be a big douche who thinks he knows better than his sister when to stop even though he's drunk.

EDIT: I couldn't tell from the article, was it a guy and a girl who did it or two girls?

I can see where you'd have confusion. From what I gathered, the guy claimed he was in the basement while the "two girls" (the 16 year old and the 7 year old) wrestled upstairs. However, a witness said the guy involved had told him/her that he had kicked the girl.
