And what are the Bears doing when the season is over?

Not going to the playoffs, that's for sure.

Snake, we'll see what happens when we see you guys in the playoffs......oh wait....

You obviously are football retarded if you think that this win meant absolutely anything. The packers sucked it up....for their THIRD loss. I'd say ending with 13-3 won't be bad at all. I believe the Packers super bowl team ended up 13-3.

Once again, I have to remind you that the Colts super bowl team got crushed by Jacksonville by 30 points last year. Does that mean anything? Obviously not.

Have fun wasting all your time trying to convince yourself the Bears are anywhere remotely good.
6-10 (potentially 7-9) vs. 12-4 (potentially 13-3).....what to pick what to pick

Da Bears can sweep the Packers from the rest of NFL's existence as far as I'm concerned, as long as the Pack make the playoffs each year and the Bears don't. Getting swept is a pretty easy medicine to take when you have a shot out reaching the Super Bowl. A division crown always makes things go down smooth.

The packers are resting their starters because they've got playoffs coming. No use risking injury when you don't have to.

Unlike the redskins, who have to play their heart out tonight and either a) beat the cowboys (very difficult), or hopes the saints lose (more likely).

Tonight and next Sunday are going to be very stressful times for me.

Although Chargers have AFC West theirs, we have to keep winning (and Steelers losing) if we're going to get 3rd seed. If we get 3rd seed we play Indy right or is it a wild card? If we're 4th seed we play Patriots. We don't want to play Patriots if we want to last more than one game in playoffs.

Also worth noting... why would the packers WANT to win? So they get to play in Green Bay in January?

Actually yeah. Lambeau Field slays playoff opponents better than any other home field advantage ever.

Usually, yes. Trouble is that the Green Bay offense is not built for cold weather. Crazy as it is, I might give them a better chance playing in Dallas this year.

We had injuries, you didn't. Except maybe at RB for you, but you didn't have running game to begin with anyway. Belicheat is the only one I've seen be able to go 3 deep into his depth chart at a few positions and come out a winner. Besides, this has to be the worst season in NFL history to be an NFC playoff contender with the Patriots inevitably going to win it all.

This win didn't mean anything? OK then you flat out admit that your win last year over the 13-3, eventual nfc champion Bears meant absolutely nothing. Not that I needed you to admit that anyway. We dismantled your number 1 seed, and that means nothing? Hah. Your team is going to get squashed in the playoffs, unless they get lucky enough to play the Giants. Then they might win their first game.

Dont lie to me. I know this game meant a lot to you personally, as did the last one against the Bears. You aren't a true Packer fan if it didn't. Now I got bragging rights. Deal with it.

Yeah, the Bears had some major injuries to key defensive starters, but it's not like they were playing well before the injuries. Chicago's offense was worse this year than it was laster year. Running back: the other Adrian Peterson. Good luck there. Quarterback: The only worse situation is the 49ers.

Honestly, you can have your bragging rights. Hope they keep you entertained while the Packers are hosting a playoff game in Green Bay.

They played about 3 quarters of the first game before they lost the starting safety (Mike Brown) and defensive tackle (Dusty Dvoracek, you probably say "who?" but he tore it up in preseason and was making plays in the first game, 2nd year player put on IR at the start of both years) and Cornerback (Nathan Vasher). And yea, actually, they played VERY well before those guys went down, shutting out the Chargers to that point. Take away Charles Woodson, Corey Williams, and Atari Bigby in their first game and you'll have similar results.

So, Snake, you are actually trying to say that a win that meant nothing for you is better than having a 13-3 record and getting a 1st round bye in the playoffs?

My you have a warped view. You are calling me a bad Packer fan for thinking the game meant nothing? You are even worse for being content with a sub-500 team that isn't even in the playoffs. I didn't realize that was something worth bragging for....but I guess I just don't know sports then? I bet Dolphin's fans have a lot to brag about too, after all, they won one game. That's sub-500, it's worth bragging about I suppose.

Oh how very easy it is to claim that a game meant nothing AFTER your team gets their collective asses handed to them by a supposedly inferior team. And yea, it does make you a bad packer fan if the oldest rivalry in the league means nothing to you, especially when homefield advantage WAS on the line. Or does that matter? Do you admit that that Lambeau mystique is just a bunch of horse**** and that there is nothing special about that stupid stadium? That if the oh so legendary Brett Favre can get outplayed by some 3rd year, 3rd string guy in the cold windy weather, maybe he's better off trying his luck in the stadium where he got the crap kicked out of him?

You sure are firing back a lot over a game that doesnt matter.
