So yeah, its College Bowl week/time!

Post the bowl your school is in (and any results when they play)

I'll start: University of Central Florida is in the Liberty Bowl and we play Mississippi State

There are far too many bowl games nowadays. When .500 teams are in bowl games, you know there's a problem.

But yeah, I've got nothing...

Cal's playing Air Force in some bowl I've never heard of. They didn't really deserve a bowl game either.

Northwestern is in the Dear God Will Someone Please Fire Our Offensive And Defensive Coordinators Bowl.

Arkansas is in the Cotton Bowl (in Dallas) and they are playing Missouri, who will likely mop the floor with us, since Arkansas almost always loses their bowl games.

But then again, we kicked out Nutt and have a different interim-head coach leading the squad for the bowl game. It's anybody's guess if we'll be better, worse, or the same as the rest of the season.

I was going to start a similar thread with the same idea.

Several years ago, there were only a few bowls and they were special. And they didn't have retarded names like the Papajohns.com Bowl or the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsetta Bowl or the Chick-fil-A Bowl (these are real bowls, for those of you who don't follow US college football).

Fiesta bowl and Insight bowl, both in AZ, both with Oklahoma teams. Of course, the big one is the fiesta bowl, but Ok State is my school, so the insight I care about more, haha.

are they playing notre dame?

my school got the old oaken bucket from my brother's school and that's all that matters this year

Sports are lame.

The only sport I would watch is Soccer, and only for the popouts.

Oh, or wrestling.

Notre Dame won 2 games this year, so no.

BYU was in the Las Vegas bowl, which I didn't watch, but I heard they won, so hey, thats cool I guess.

We got the "boot" from LSU this year. Nya nya.

Florida is playing Michigan in the Capitol One Bowl in Orlando.

"Magic City" Bowl for the 'Noles this year, and about 25 of our players wont be there due to cheating. I'm glad they aren't letting them play, even though it could harm our performance.

I don't like that a lot of these bowls are just named after companies (as a side note)

The school I go to (Creighton) doesn't have a football team, so I default to the University of Kansas which is playing in the Orange Bowl!

I think that's the joke. We're not actually in a bowl either. I'll just be rooting for Illinois in the Rose Bowl, I suppose.
