I love how slowly the officer gets out of his car to help the guy me.

Also, they really shouldn't have picked him up the way they did. No leg support, no lower back support, all upper body. Really could have made the situation worse, but it looks like the person was fine.

He didn't seem to get out that slowly. He needs to stop the car, put it in park, unfasten his seatbelt, open the door, get out etc etc.

I agree that the officer shouldn't have just picked the guy up. He should have at least made sure there wasn't any (further) spinal damage before just grabbing him.
