Awesome. Wish I could do that.

I also wish I wasn't tired of ****ing Daft Punk and their sudden popularity. Apparently everyone listens to DP since Kanye made "Stronger" and it's getting annoying.
I had a blog. It sucked.

Who?

I mean... is it getting radio play or something? Because that'd totally explain why I have no clue who any of those people are. I haven't listened to the radio in over a year and a half. Not that it'd matter... I was kinda unimpressed with the little snippet used in the video.

It sounded old. And that might explain why I wasn't really impressed. I'm not saying old music sucks. I'm just saying that for what it was (and where my mind pegged their genre according to those few minutes) just kinda fell flat.

They aren't suddenly popular I don't think, I haven't heard them getting any radio/TV play

They just seem more popular because a thousand nerds on the internet started screaming KANYE WEST STOLE DAFT PUNK HE STOLE IT I HATE RAP DAFT PUNK IS BETTER

Daft Punk has always been awesome.

Maybe not where you live Thrawn, but around here "Stronger" came out and suddenly everyone went all goo-goo over Daft Punk, and I got so fed up with people making Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger references I couldn't stand the band anymore.

I don't mind some of their songs. I just hate everyone who thinks they're the greatest thing since sliced bread just because of one song.
I had a blog. It sucked.

Pretty sure high school was like that for all of us. When I was in high school, the Chappelle Show was overly referenced like that, and even though I hated everyone that quoted it, I still liked the show.

I hated everyone who said "I'm Rick James *****!" in the whitest kid acting black voice you've ever heard. Actual quotes of the show, generally dispersed throughout the 2.5 seasons, were still funny to me.
