I helped remove and install a panel like this one. This is actually a single piece panel on a lower aft cargo door, the one I worked with was on the main cargo door and was two pieces. This was the last cool thing I got a picture of. The last cool thing I actually did was use a piece of equipment called an air start, which is used to start the engines on smaller planes, to melt ice on a cargo door preventing it from locking into place. (It throws out pretty hot air)

It's just a fairing that goes over the door locks. Planes actually fly like that, which is pretty nuts the first few times you see it. I've seen that plane like 5 times and it's always been missing that panel.

Apparently it's short for "lolita complex", and is basically an attraction to young girls. I actually looked it up on wikipedia, not google, so I didn't see any child porn, just some anime of young girls in nightgowns (that was enough for me).
