Basic summary for all you too lazy to read the whole article: Scott Stapp made everyone mad and Creed is lost to us. However, Their Original Bassist, Brian Marshall, Scott Phillips, Mark Tremonti and Myles Kennedy, formerly of the Mayfield Four, Have all come together to form Alter Bridge. I believe they will go far. Their new single "Open Your Eyes" Sounds awesome and I suggest you all give it a listen.

The one CD I have of theirs is a copy of a friend's CD. I think I've listened to it 5 times in the last 4 years.

You know, creed wasn't my favorite band or anything, but I think some of the comments in this thread were somewhat inappropriate. It's nice that you hate them and all, but obviously some people did like them. I'm sure their fans would appreciate it if you could just keep the "I r teh happy!" comments to yourself, even if Scott Stapp was a no-talent *******.

Hey, I thought they were cool, although I didn't care much for Stapp. Tremonti is pretty awesome though, I can't wait to hear his new album.

I agree, Stapp wasn't the best singer ever, But the band wasn't as bad as you guys make it out to be.
