It's a work in progress that a friend and I came up with on the phone this morning. We're aiming to provide Genesis! Webserver space to students in our college/school for their use, however, if the scheme gets off the ground, I might be able to provide accounts for some of the membership here. Take a look at the info below, and, if you think you'd be interested, let me know! For your convenience I've also submitted prices in US$ based on the current rate.
We're also planning later on to offer weBlogs on our sub-domain, but we're currently working on this, and yeah, it's a work in progress, but seriously, what do you think?
