To be clear : The constitution (and law) covers elections, not primaries.

So it would've been absolutely easy to rip off a few stickers, remove 100 of your enemy's ballots, rewrite what was on the seals, slap them back on the boxes, and absolutely NO ONE could prove what had happened.

Are you sure the ATM I used today didn't have a Woolly Mammoth in it?

I suspected fraud just comparing the poll numbers to the actual results. Like I said in a previous thread, the outcome was very unlikely from a statistical standpoint.

This by itself doesn't prove voter fraud, but it's still very worrying that NH officials didn't take every measure readily available to ensure the security of the ballots, and even more worrying that they didn't seem to have a good reason for not doing so.
