Laptop Keyboard Question
2008-02-02, 11:03 AM #1
My girlfriend's baby brother got a hold of her laptop a while ago and subsequently pulled off a couple of the keys. While you can pop them back on, they fall off pretty easy. After a quick google, I found one person suggested a tad bit of rubber cement, but I'm a little hesitant. Are there better options for gluing the keys back down?

I don't know about reattaching the keys, but I do know that you can buy replacement keyboards. As an example, a quick search on eBay shows that keyboards for my model of laptop have buy it now prices of $20. Might want to just do that if repairing doesn't work out.

Yeah, you'll never get the old ones to act right, replacing the whole keyboard is your best bet. It's really easy to do on most.
