Brady & Belichick are the sole reasons to make me dislike the Patriots. And this Super Bowl reinforced my opinion much. B&B have such massive egos. They expected the title as if the Giants were just going to hand it to them because he's Bill Belichick and every goddamned sportscaster has sucked him off. Seeing B&B be denied their expected title was golden. Perhaps those two will see that every game isn't expected but you have to earn it.

The Giants wanted that Super Bowl title, the Patriots expected it. That's why the Giants won.

I was watching with my roommate.

Him: "Go blue team!"

Me: "Fine, I pick the white team!"

Seconds later the Patriots score their second touchdown.

Me: "Oh, why did I choose white?"

We don't follow American football. Still, really exciting game.

Wahoo! I hate the Giants, but I don't like the Patriots either. Kudos to Manning for grace under pressure. Oh yeah, props to Giant defense for putting the smackdown on Tom Brady.
I'm a Dallas fan, and honestly, I don't think the Cowboys could've won that game. The Giants earned it.

I'm not going to disagree with you too vehemently because I'm in a state of absolute euphoria over the Giants' win right now, but really? We're talking about a team with players like Randy Moss, Mike Vrabel, Richard Seymour, Rodney HGHarrison, and Vince Wilfork. Belichick is certainly reason #1 to hate the Pats, but I think Brady's pretty far down the list. He's an arrogant *******, but not a cheater or a thug like a lot of his teammates.

Anyway, I haven't been this happy about a Super Bowl in nine years -- for those who don't want to do the math, that's John Elway's last hurrah in Super Bowl XXXIII. I even broke even on my prop bets, losing five bucks on a bet against Eli throwing a pick, and winning five on a bet against Tom Petty playing "Mary Jane's Last Dance."

I'm so very happy...I really did not dislike the Pats until this year for a bevy of reasons. To see them lose is incredibly gratifying.

Part of me wishes the Patriots lost sooner in the season. The rest of me is freakin happy that they got built up so much just to get knocked down.
