There is no such place as Molvania (not to be confused with Moldavia). The site is a spin-off for a supposedly entertaining parody-guide book for the nation of Molvania ("a land untouched by modern dentistry"). It is a piss-take of the state of former soviet-bloc nations, and the video is an uncomfortably realistic parody of the lowest grade of stilted, repetitive, quasi-english, lite-pop crapfodder that makes up the overwhelming majority of the pathetic Eurovision song contest. Some of the real ones are even worse Try the Sagapo video from Greece for some real pain, so great that I've saved it and still periodically torture myself by watching it.

To reiterate:
Molvania does NOT exist. The Eurovision song contest (unfortunately) does.
