A friend of mine is filming a sci-fi fan film in May, and is looking for people to help him out. He needs non-functional guns, and I have more than a couple (airsoft), so I may have inherited a weapons-based role, which works for me.

I've never done anything on camera before, though...it'll be interesting.

I'm also curious to see how everything works - his setup is a lot more sophisticated than a WalMart camcorder...I forget which camera he has, but it's a pricey little bugger..

Google for acting guides or tutorials. Try to learn some basic principles so that you don't look like a gigantic douche on film.
