Weird number sequence

My ex-girlfriend's parents own a few houses that they rent out. One time they were out of town, and my ex had to meet with some prospective tenants, so I went with her. When we were in the house I noticed these seemingly random numbers written on the wall, so I took a couple of camera-phone pics out of curiosity. I pretty much forgot all about them until just now.

Here they are:

For some reason it has always fascinated me when people who are "crazy" or high write stuff down, I guess because what seems totally nonsensical to an average person probably makes perfect sense to the writer. In a way it's like encryption that can't possibly be cracked.

In this case, there's probably a perfectly valid explanation (or it was written by someone on a meth binge, the house wasn't in the best part of town), I just have no idea what it is. If anyone has any theories, feel free to share.

e:Forgot to mention, the writing covered too much of the wall vertically for me to get it all in one shot and have it still be readable. The two images overlap by quite a few sets of numbers, there weren't actual duplicates.

Transcribed for convenience.

79 = 8.2
85 = 10
89.9 =10
102 = 11.1
110 = 13
139 = 15.6
105 = 11.1
107 = 12
92 = 14?
119 = 14
151 = ?
147 =15

Good idea, thanks.

Looks like 92 = 11. Given the approximations between the other numbers it would make sense in the sequence that it's a lower number.

Anyway, I put them in order.

79 = 8.2
85 = 10
89.9 = 10
92 = 11
102 = 11.1
105 = 11.1
107 = 12
110 = 13
119 = 14
139 = 15.6
147 = 15
151 = ?

Hmm, it would seem they're all approximately a division by 9ish...

Code:
x = y		x/9 = y*9	x/y
79 = 8.2	8.7777 = 73.8	9.6341463414634146341463414634146
85 = 10		9.4444 = 90	8.5
89.9 = 10	9.9888 = 90	8.99
92 = 11		10.222 = 99	8.3636363636363636363636363636364
102 = 11.1	11.333 = 99.9	9.1891891891891891891891891891892
105 = 11.1	11.666 = 99.9	9.4594594594594594594594594594595
107 = 12	11.888 = 108	8.9166666666666666666666666666667
110 = 13	12.222 = 117	8.4615384615384615384615384615385
119 = 14	13.222 = 126	8.5
139 = 15.6	15.444 = 140.4	8.9102564102564102564102564102564
147 = 15	13.333 = 135	9.8
151 = ?		16.777 = ?	?

I feel I should also point out that I have tons of sticky notes around my room that look exactly like this, and I don't even know what they mean anymore... it was just a place to write some sort of correspondance that was meaningful at the time but wasn't important enough to warrent labeling

The first time I took mushrooms, I decided to write down everything that came into my head. I read the journal the next day, I hadn't written on a single line (or in the same direction for that matter), and it culminated in a massive, full-page drawing of a Taco Bell cup. Spice up the night, indeed.

Someone was probably watching too much Lost and wanted to make up some wannabe-numbars.

Wrong.

They're all numberwang.

The range of the numbers on the left make me think of FM radio station frequencies. Maybe a radio geek had built his own radio and was listing the dial positions for stations? It would explain the linear relationship with a bit of variation.

It could simply be a set of associations. Someone may have written down results for something and used the equals operator to show association.
