Doesn't surprise me in the least. I'm sure the Mexican army doesn't pay well, they probably have lax leadership, and I'm willing to bet the soldiers who are doing this are related to the smugglers.

From what I've heard about the Mexican military and its operations along the boarder, this does not surprise me.

What? I thought the US was the worlds arms dealer? What does the mexican military use as a standard issue weapon anyways?
