Just played GTR2 with the Logitech Force Pro wheel that I picked up today ($25 - yay for Craigslist!)...even better than I had expected.

I love GTR2 but I've been stuck using my 360 controller..

check out Race 07 it's pretty good.. you can get the demo on steam
