Well, it is easy to just ignore Boll movies. The only real damage these films can do is if you happen to pick up one at a local video rental store and watched it. Yes, he is ruining the video-game-to-movie genre but, then again, there is rarely any movie in the area that ever succeed.

Now if there was a petition to stop the "Scary Move+Epic Movie+Date Movie+Superhero Movie" crap that is keeping getting out every damn 6 months, I'd be for it. I hate watching the ads on TV, and they pretty much destroyed what's left (which had pretty much flat-lined since the late 80s) of the "art of the spoof" in the world of movies.

Uwe Boll doesn't make movies, he makes money. This is yet another great marketing stunt which will certainly lead many people to watch at least one of his movies (current or upcoming) to see what all the fuzz is about.
This guy really knows how to use his bad reputation.
Sorry for the lousy German

Could that possibly have something to do with changing the story so much that the only thing recognizable is the main character?

Incidentally, "'A million people voted to stop Uwe Boll from making movies!' - Internet" would be the most glowing cover review he's ever gotten

Has anyone seen the Postal movie? I'd be fairly interested in seeing it, but I don't know if it's out in cinemas or on DVD.

Honestly, it'd be rather hard to screw Postal up since it doesn't really have a plot (That I'm aware of.).

Friend of mine rented it last week. I don't know if he watched it, though.

I heard he tried to do something with 9/11 in it, tried to pass it off as a way for Americans to find healing (or whatever) with the issue, and people got annoyed.

That's how you mess up a Postal movie.

You sure about that? Postal doesn't release until May 23rd. That is also the same week the new Indiana Jones movie opens, so good luck, Postal.
