There's this Japanese game where you basically play pinata with the watermelon on the beach (spin around 3 times and hit it with a stick while blindfolded).

On a technical note, though, if you're talking about assault in the legal sense, then it's impossible, since assault is "mental" (rather than physical like battery) and thus requires that the one being assaulted be able to think.
