Depends. Just very lately I've started to produce farts that even I can't stand.

Also depends on the hemorrhoids and their severity. I don't like farting when all that is coming out of my le hole are bloody pieces of... well, you know.

I brought up this question because a co-worker of mine farted real bad in the breakroom a couple of days ago. We were all gasping for air, and he was just sitting there.

I asked him the question, and he said yes.
