Sheesh. It isn't hard.

Get a .pk3 editor, or get winzip. Open the assets#.pk3. Open the folders with the models in them. Extract the texture files. Make a new .pk3 with the same file structures. Add the edited skins into them.

Shock horror, done.

could u hav a bit more detail plz?? i alredy hav winzip, and alredy extracted .pk3 files. soo... wat now??

Have you even looked at any tutorials? Have you tried the jk2files forum? Have you looked at the richdiesal mapping resource? It's on mapcraft.com I think.

Massassi is not the place to get basic help like that.
