I have a big job interview tomorrow for a decent, full-time career type of job. It's the second interview (technically it's the third because the initial phone call was also an interview). This is a panel interview, and from what I understand it's going to be me talking to six or seven members of the staff and answering their questions. I'm pretty nervous seeing as I've never done an interview like that before. I hear they can be quite difficult.

At a job interview?

Well, I did that the other day...worked for me. Part of the conversation was 'we've never really done this before [...] but we might as well give you a conditional offer right now.' Not the first time it's happened to me either.

However, that's just my opinion..and we know what those are like.

Tell them that it's your first interview. Helped me with mine, too. They loved my honesty.
