We spent alot of time in free mode. Did some co-op, a little death match.

A good time was had by all. I would like to play more ranked though.


We played from like 11:30 to 5am. I had no idea we played that long.

I did not expect that Free Mode to last so long. I thought it would be a little thing while we thought of something else to do, but it ended up lasting about three hours. Awesome. I was out to get Rob almost the whole time too, all because he killed me on my scooter.

That guy we had in the beginning, "Mysights", was a shining example of a stereotypical Live player. The kind that doesn't know how to act in society, but give him a mic and some anonymity and he'll go to town. Total douchebag. I had to mute him.

The only problem I have with playing games outside of our own party is that we can't just jump right into a new game. We have to go back into party setup free mode, which adds a few extra loading screens. It's a little annoying when doing short games like Cops and Crooks, but it's fine with 20 minute Deathmatches. A few people were complaining that Deathmatch is boring, but it's great if we play in an area with cars and a good variety of weapons. We should try that tomorrow.

I need to practive my free aim!
