I bought this game today for my Mac, although you can also purchase it on XBLA, Linux, and PC. On the XBLA version you use the joystick to control your character, on the Mac, the game is strictly point-and-click (just the way I like it)
Long story short, the game is worth every cent ($19.99). The humor is great reguardless of if you are a Penny-Arcade fan or not (It sure helps though). The cutscenes are beautifully drawn, the story is witty and clever, the item descriptions are great, and the combat is really fun. The game reminds me of the old Lucas Arts games (Monkey Island, Grim Fandango, Sam and Max) and that's a good thing. Here are a few shots with descriptions below.

Design your character in the 3D world...

And he's transformed into the 2D world for cutscenes and dialouge.

The cutscenes are fantasticly drawn and animated.

Even with the limited number of places to explore in this episode, I can easily say they never get boring.

Interacting with characters is fun. The dialog trees are almost entirely useless, but the lines that they result in are worth it. (My sides pain from laughter)

Combat is set up RPG style, with a variety of special attacks, blocking moves, and objects to use. For example, the Fruit F***er has been distracted by the orange that was tossed infront of him. Mmmm, who wants some O.J.?

Fighting gives you more EXP and items that allow you to further 'pimp' your weapons and learn new attacks.

The game really keeps the old school adventure game feel. Even down to the interactive menu that is your office.
