Same for me except July 2!

I remember my machine had a Pentium 466 (i think, maybe a 533) mhz processor, 64mb ram, and an ISA slot video card. mmmm. ISA.

There is absolutely no reason to believe that massassi is growing up.

My first machine for myself was a P100, 32mb of RAM, and some 4mb videocard.

**** barely ran starcraft, but I played a LOT of starcraft to make up for the fact.

Dawg dude, I've sort of relaxed on making threads. I'm not even that bored these days.

I turn 18 on the 26th, so I'm close enough. :awesome:

Too many of you are married:

I think I joined when I was about 14. I'll be 21 at the end of the month
Fincham: Where are you going?
Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.

25 and your age ranges really do suck.

20.

It is pretty humorous, how many of us still cling to such an aging game. Maybe we like to reminisce a bit, who knows. I do know after looking/reading around I see many names I remember as a kid coming on here and when playing on the zone back in the day. You know, I kind of miss the zone..

18-25 is a pretty big and experientially diverse group. Splitting this into 18-21 and 22-25 would probably be more informative.

By this I meant more, the idea/community that still remains from its "heyday" so to speak.

Contributing to JLee's concurrence on the first quote (it'd be a conflict of interest to concur with the second, obviously), I'll point out that I haven't played a Jedi Knight game since, most likely, late in my junior year of high school. That's five years and a couple of months.

Last time I worked on a JK-related project was 2004 when I re-released AotL, even though it was just a repackage of stuff I did in 2002.

Recently though I did have a couple weeks of renewed interest. Whenever I think of making a JK mod I get all excited like it's `99 all over again.

I still feel like finishing one of my MotS projects as a retirement mod of sorts. But I've thought about that for 2.5 years now and the days of asking "hi guys i am making mod for dark forces ii jedi knight mysteries of the sith campaign missions how can i make x do y with cogs" on the Main Editing Forum are long gone. And I'd really like to make it very BoaM/Leeza's Destiny-esque so that would involve too much cogging. Le sigh.

A friend and I recently tried to get JHS up and running, but we both had problems getting the game to connect through his router, or over lan... not sure what it was... but it wasn't worth the trouble.
