I always like how news sites like to insert a picture of a fat guy in a story about fat people.

They always find some sort of semi-related image to put in that space.

Eh, there was an article made soon after that discredited it. Something about their study being based on an extremely old and out-dated technique (BMI), which was developed in the 1800s and would declare body builders obese.

Me, I am a little chubby, I wouldn't say fat, and definitely not obese, but I am over-weight.
