its a little hard to read, the whole popup took up too much space to upload, even in .gif, so i had to shrink it and cut off alot, but basically its offering a greencard to the US as a prize. am i the only one who finds this totally ****ed up?

no of course not. i just think its a pretty screwed up way to scam people. just when you think youve seen people as low as they can get, something like this pops up right in your face.

There actually is a Green Card Lottery. Check out the U.S. State Department's website for more information. However, that pop-up reeks of scammage.

It's sucks for things that have a lot of colors and will get ruined by dithering. It's awesome for other things, it's just that it has a specific function.
