I'll bite.

It's the cameraman because, unlike the others in robes (including Vader), he views the world in a true perspective, through his lens, instead of glaring off to the distance in the mindset provided by an ancient religion.

The cameraman is the only one most likely not guilty of having a past of committing genocide against a people of a different belief system than theirs.

Both groups in the photo to the left of the photo both experience individuals coming to them in hope of seeking forgiveness. One group often offer forgiveness but the other usually straggles them.
