I have some work that I'm am trying to get finished up for a client and it would be super if I didn't have to build this simple animation. It would probably take someone like an hour to do but my skills are lacking. I'll pay someone, pm me. I need something finished in like a day or 2 tops.

So the client is paying a client that can pay another client to do work for the client that wants the flash animation but the client willing to pay someone else lacks the skills?

Why don't you go ask your client to ask someone more experienced?
