I won't post my cgi proxy publicly, you'll have to contact me privately. Although I am more curious as to why you suggested me...

Anyway, it should do the job, but you can't overuse it. No friends using it, etc. If it starts using too much bandwith, I simply password it and you lose access.

Nah, I can't set you up with all that server fun. First off, my current setup is very specialized (Besides the CGI proxy) for my school's network and restrictions. To reconfigure to your network would be hell.

The same thing with trying to tell you how to do it yourself. It would be hard as hell.
