1st problem fixed

So the computer actually enters windows now

But houston we have a problem.

If Halo works, and Jedi Outcast worked in safe mode (ie i have a video card that works) then why do i get a black screen with Star trek elite force, and then AVP2 refuses to even start up!?

This is crazy sh**.

I'd like to add that even though JK works, it has no 3d acceleration. it seems to be running on CPU

You didn't mention whether you tried booting into Safe Mode - that would be worth a try, as it will only load the basic graphics drivers required to get a picture out to the monitor, and the multi-monitor stuff shouldn't be loaded.
