Okay, so I was browsing youtube for butterfly knife videos, because I recently bought one and I'm interested in learning to use it properly, so I came across this video. Now, it's just a simple combat and knife training technique video, right? Read the damn comments. How stupid can a person be...? "man this guys a homo i would smoke his *** in aknife fight" Really?

Anyways I just wanted a vent. Post youtube videos that you find that have comments that make you want to punch a baby.

I highly doubt babies are posting those comments.

I don't understand why knife "tricks" are called "tricks." This kid was showing us "tricks" after class like they were special. I asked if I could see it and did just about the same things he could do. Flipping something and catching it, or opening and closing a knife doesn't seem all that exciting or difficult to me, and I've got gimped fingers. I'd imagine it'd be a piece of cake to do even the "harder" stuff with normal hands.

He must've been pretty crappy at the tricks, because the stuff I've been trying to learn requires an arseload of finger dexterity. It takes ages to master. I hope to have a few impressive tricks down by the time I, oh, graduate college in 4 years. .(

@Wookie: I wasn't saying babies made them. I was being my usual witty self with the baby comment. No babies were harmed or will be harmed. Now get your s*** togetha and gtfo of my thread :argh:

It's youtube

home of some of the dumbest people ever to walk our small blue planet

you could pretty much post any youtube video and you'd have to punch a baby.

Some of the worst are videos of people playing with their pets, especially dogs. They rough them up just a little and you've got heards of people screaming "OMFG ANIMILCRULTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11!!11!1"
"They're everywhere, the little harlots."

Yeah, that's pretty much rule 1 of the internet.

No. :( I just felt like seeing what stupidity other people had found. But then I guess it turned into 'make fun of Zell' thread. :suicide:

Fun game : Try to post a youtube comment so stupid people know you're faking.

Hint : This is impossible.

They can actually be ok on videos done by the more sort of "community" members and not the billions of people that post videos of people trying to eat a bicycle when theyre pissed.
nope.

I don't understand the point of all that flashy crap. Obviously you're not going to let go of a knife in a fight unless you're throwing it. And most of the other stuff he did would just give the enemy an opportunity to stab him.

That flashy crap is for show. Balisongs were used traditionally in the Philippines to duel with, but mostly when you actually fight with it you treat it like a fixed blade. People nowadays flip for entertainment purposes. You gotta admit, it looks pretty cool. :D

The great thing about the video is that it stars a person who you probably seen working at Pizza Hut or cleaning the floors at Taco Bell.

Anybody seen the movie "Falling Down"?
a guy comes at Micheal Douglas with one of those and Micheal Douglas just beats the crap out of him with a baseball bat.
He picks up the knife while walking away, starts flipping it around and says "how'd they do that?"

anyway.

... I have nothing else to contribute.
