It would be creepy if Comcast was reading customers' private journals in their homes while they were asleep. This is all public stuff on the internet.

I would be pleased if I was ranting about some company and then would be contacted by them to rectify the issue.
Sorry for the lousy German

Not sure what's really wrong here. Comcast isn't blackmailing or something, it just realize it's crap and out to do something positive about it. An aggressive consumer-relations campaign. Can't say the same thing about Uwe Boll, who uses the internet to try and literally kill his critics.

comcast is trying to get out of being fined $195,000 USD per subscriber.

That guy didn't realize that there are actual people on the other end of the interweb?

I think it's quite good, they are trying to improve their service, this is always good.

yeah, the guy is being stalk by comcast. I mean, its not like there is a public website out there which allows you to find pages that contain things such as comcast critiscism.

Oh, wait...

seriously though, actualy looking into complaints that customers have is a good thing. Becuase complaining about it to nobody in particular is not going to get the problem solved. Comcast has realized that people have not been sending any feedback to them, so they took the initiative and went out actively looking for critisisms that people had.
