SUper Mario RPG. Legend of the 7 stars. i think they are remaking it for that new handhelf nintendo thing. with the 2 screens. anyway this game will be the best RPG you will play. and if you disagree... your wrong.

That is an awesome game, hardly the best ever though.

You have to take the system into concideration. the SNES can handle just so much. they compensated for that though with story and depth.

That game was awesome. I own it on SNES, and it rivals Chrono Trigger in my book.

As for the handheld port: Where did you get this information? I do believe it won't be ported without some goodie-goodie relations between Nintendo and Square-Enix. The reason being is Square worked on the original SMRPG game, so they probably have rights to most of the stuff in the game.

Its being remade for the DS? that's great. I never did finish that, although i got to the final boss. will have to check it out on the DS now.

it was on a E3 review site for the DS. ill look into it more and try to find the link. you gotta beat SMRPG! jsut go level outside before the boss battle. the end is the best part! make sure you have lots of fireworks;-)

ill look into that.. i have a GBA but i never use it.. it doesnt even have batteries in it i think. like its in the bottom of my closet somewhere. maybe ill get a emu. i dunno ill browse around. but none the less, i find the original game awesome. i didnt like Paper Mario. seemed too watered down the the original. the characters were shallow. it lacked the dynamics and depth in the story that the original had. the story of the game is what attracted me.

The new Zelda could kind of consider a remake even though technically it isn't.
