That article reads so oddly... it's almost hilarious... he ran over two women doctors on a motorcycle, drove around town showing off the head, got shot by cops, then when getting cuffed, stabbed the cop, threw the head into patrol car 1, jumped into patrol car 2 and sped off, running over the motorcycle before being caught...???:huh:???

They attempted to cuff him before he was shot.

Lemme think. There's a dude. With a knife. And a SEVERED HEAD. Why didn't they shoot him first..before getting stabbed while trying to cuff him?
