Anyways, IRC-Galleria proves that hel looks picks out those that stand out in the crowd, interview and take pictures of them. And some in Hel Looks are ok. But srsly that site freaks me out.

...again, to be fair, most of these pictures were picked out because the people wearing those clothes look different. I don't think most of them dress like that. At least normally.

Except for the lolita finns.

I'd say 30 and almost 20 would be more accurate. Decades usually start to mellow down in the end.
