Yeah, at this point I'm just going to have to ask you to read Stevens' and Breyer's dissents. Or even just Scalia's majority opinion, because that alone ought to show that this issue isn't as open-and-shut as you think it is.

Again, I'm on the same side as you guys on this one, which only makes it more frustrating for me that you can't get it right.
