I really was disappointed with the creature creator, so I'm going to also be passing.

yeah well i couldnt even get the damn thing to launch. tried all the fixes and suggestions on the internet and still nothing so...no go for me i guess.

It wasn't so much the lack of variety and content as the mechanics and results that I didn't like.

No 360, no PPC Mac, no sale.

being that I have only dial up, and most of the game is downloaded content from other peoples worlds... I probably wont get this until I move again... ~ year.

I still don't actually understand what you do in the game past the creator stage.

Wow, you guys are all so negative. I thought the creature creator was really neat, and plan on picking it up as soon as I can.

Its not really being negative, I just didn't like it. Thats my opinion. Creating creatures is what interested me and its just not that fun.

It's coming out on 360, just not simultaneously.

to people who dont get what the rest of the game is about, go read some game news sites, there are a number that have been given demonstrations of the game and done reviews for it.

Also, why do people complain that there is no mac version, when mac themselves that ignore making their system able to easily run games.

I get what its about... I just dont care that much. the hype has died down.

And no, macs dont "ignore" making their system run games... Im pretty sure there was a mac version of the creature creator anyway.

I said that what I was interested in, in Spore, was creating creatures. I've read on the rest of the gameplay, and it doesn't interest me. Its not my thing.

And I stated that creating creatures wasn't very fun to me. I did try it. And I know it was the trial, but what I didn't like wasn't the lack of parts or items to create the creatures from, it was the mechanics, animation, etc.

I'm not saying its a bad game for everyone. I'm saying its not for me. Am I not entitled to my opinion?

If and when it comes out on 360, I'm in. I'm just bitter it's not just yet
