The genome of a salamander is approximately 10 times bigger than the human genome.

...now you know.
(I just learned this listening to a radio broadcast discussing study of lizard genetics in hopes of developing a method for humans to regrow severed limbs or damaged internal organs. Like stuff out of comic books.)

Discuss.

What about the bill of a platypus?

Was god left with extra bits and decided to glue them together?
nope.

Haha, what's that from, Molgrew? I think it's great when creationists make arguments like that, which in truth are evidence of evolution.

The genome is bigger because when the lizard grows in the egg it has to do different things depending on the outside temperature (and probably other factors) which consantly changes.
A human growing in the womb is always in the same environment, so the "program" needed to grow him can be simpler.

That actually has nothing to do with it but okay.

Cold-blooded animals need to produce a much wider range of proteins in order to survive, as a result their DNA is much more complex.

Or rather not as a result, since that's not how evolution works.

God did a bad job of design mens reproductive parts.

Left over elbow scrag skin for the ball sack
Unfetching dark wirey hair everywhere
etc

He spent too much time and artistic effort designing boobies.
What about us!

Boobies can be horrifying. I'll leave it up to you to find examples.

To be fair to god, boobies aren't reproductive parts.
