I used to think that the G-Man from half life was the most sinister villan ever, but I'm having second thoughts. That evil ******* Betruger from Doom 3 is taking that slot once and for all. He's a BAAAAD man.

Post your favorite video game villan.

is Shodan from SS1 or SS2?

Oh, I remember now. It's in both, but the computer in SS2 is Xerxes.

Awesome villain, though. I love it's voice in the intro to SS2. "Look at you hacker..."

The G-Man wasn't a villian in the first place. He's not that bad, he's a nice man who offered me a job, geez how does that make him a villain.

He's a sinister prick and you know it. You're just on his payroll. Like all of those people that walk around talking about how nice Mafia dons are and how they do so much for the community. We saw what G-man did for the community. He got them turned into zombies and the alien population went up sky high. What can we learn from this? G-man is in the Mafia. Or maybe I'm just really... really tired.

I'm tied between Dethshead in RCTW and Jerec in JK.

There was no real villian in MOTS, just a very disturbed kyle.

End of story, Shodan wins.

Also, did anyone else feel that VICKI (Sic) from "I, Robot" was just a really bad rip of Shodan?

The G-man is TOTALLY a bad guy.

He bacame a bad guy not through what he said, or even what he did, but how he managed to show up everytime something bad happened to you, to someone else, or just the game in general. The developers associated him with everything evil in that game, thus, he became evil.

That, and I don't exactly like being given the choice of working for him, or dying to be very kind. Or just being left in a dropship in the middle of nowhere to die.

G-man = bad.

As for my favorite, there are quite a few. All for different reasons, but they all rank at about the same place.
