That's an awesome deal. A shame I already have bought all of those games sans Mancrap and Crapnight Craplub Crap.

I would definitely get that. A shame I already bought MP 1&2 on Steam separately.
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

Excellent deal. Midnight Club 2 is one of my favorite racing games of all time, easily.

Just picked it up- I've played the Max Payne demo and enjoyed it, so it'll be fun to run through the rest of the game.
woot!
2008-09-27, 12:06 PM #17
Max Payne 2 is even better. :D
nope.
2008-09-27, 12:13 PM #18
Scratch that- I just tried to pick it up..but apparently Steam's servers are too busy to accept my money. :|

Edit: Apparently Steam's servers don't like PeerGuardian. It works now. :P

I just bought it too. I almost never play games anymore, but for 30 bucks to play all those when I do feel like it, not too bad. Not too bad.

Makes me feel bad for buying most of those for 50 bucks apiece.

That Max Payne movie is coming out soon, isn't it? I remember seeing the trailer, it looks terrible. I mean, an actual Valkyrie? The unbroken trend of terrible computer game movies seems to remain quite unbroken.

Should I start with GTA and go through 2, 3, etc, or just start in the middle and forget the old ones?

It doesn't make a difference.

I just bought it. I've wanted to play Max Payne 2 for a while, and the other games I've only had on consoles. Great package. Thanks for alerting me to it. :D

Does anyone know of good mods to increase the draw distance for GTA3, VC and SA? I used one for VC years ago called "Open World" or something but I can't find it. I found a 10x draw distance mod for SA that seems to work. Some guy posted a thread on a forum where he claims to increase GTA3 draw distance.
