I'm sick of folders and I hate tagging. I'd like a bookmark manager (that has a compatible Firefox extension) that lets me build a label list (or even better, tree) and then apply one or more labels to a bookmark I want to add by picking them from my pre-defined list.

Ideas?

I don't like delicious. I don't want to type anything. I want to press add bookmark, then check a couple off my list, save.

I think you're looking for a tagging system. :p

I use Opera's "synchronize" system between my laptop and desktop. I don't think it's what you're looking for, but I found it yesterday and I'm the happiest man alive.

Well, it would be nice to sync, but that's not my priority. I'd like to pre-define a keyword hierarchy so that when I want to add a bookmark, I can pick a few out of the hierarchy. Delicious forces me to type each in linearly, and the fact that each must be a separate word is annoying as well. Basically I'd like folders with a many-to-many relationship with the bookmarks. I'm a spoiled brat, aren't I.

The Delicious Bookmarks plugin I use for Firefox is pretty good about suggesting tags for a site that can just be clicked on. YMMV
