A JK multiplayer map consisting of a house with a chair that moves itself, a crypt with a button to shoot coffins and a cemetary?

I seem to remember it being called Haunted House, but the "Haunted House" map on Massassi is a different one.

Anybody remember this/have the file?

I remember some level like that called Shadow Academy. But it was for MotS.
